Explanation: This outstanding piece of art serves the relationship between the Sun and Moon as well as their ties to both the male and female. These two entities hold a beautiful strong bond that serves each other in their wants and needs because one can not survive without the other.
Jah Jah’s Thoughts: I was amazed at this piece of art because it reminds me of the Ying and Yang theory and how they can not depend on one without the other. Growing up in Tuskegee, AL, I was raised by both of my parents been together for over 30 years and taught me the importance of finding someone who would love and accept me for who I am and never let them go. I begin to think about someone I have been involved with for seven beautiful years and how we both DEPEND on each other through the good and bad times. If I did not have both parents in my life I would not become the amazing man that I am today.
Colors/Symbolisms:
Sun: plays the “male” role due to their MASCULINE and DEPENDABLE energy because of his PROTECTION for his family.
Moon: plays its role as the “female” because of its FEMININITY and NURTURING way of caring for herself and the people who love and support her.
MISSION
Our goal is to give each individual the chance to expose themselves to various bodies of artwork to distract the harmful intentions we indulge in every day.
